BUYERS
The items sold on www.usedhorticulturalmachinery.co.uk are sold by their owners as seen. No warranty is either implied or given.
Payment is required to be made to the owner of the item of machinery by cheque on collection or by bank transfer before collection.
SELLERS
Sellers are invited to send 2 photos, the asking price & a technical description ie age, width, length, power,use etc by e-mail to sales@usedhorticulturalmachinery.co.uk. together with their name & address for invoicing .
On receipt of payment of the relevant entrance fee each item will be entered on the website www.usedhorticulturalmachinery.co.uk together with a contact telephone number & the beginning of the post code as an indication of location.
Entrance is free but will constitute acceptance of the payment of a commission fee of 5% of the actual sale price as notified on completion of the sale.
The commission fee is subject to VAT & a minimum fee of £ 20.00 on the first sale.
On subsequent sales no minimum commission fee will be applicable. Invoices for the commission fee will be e-mailed to the seller on completion of the sale.
MACHINERY WANTED SECTION
Items will be entered on the WANTED section free, but if a successful introduction is made a success fee of £ 20.00 + VAT will be charged, the seller of the item being subject to the commission fee as above.
